HR Technology, data driven people ops & analytics. From selection to evaluation and refinement, this can include HRIS and other tools empowering People Ops such as self-service portals and which KPIs/analytics should drive decisions.
Lived experience of this includes implementing ADP, Gusto and Workday as HRIS-payroll vendors and evaluating HR/People Ops roles for optimization alongside launch or redesign of HRIS. Another common example is ServiceNow or building an internal intranet for employee self-service and/or ticketing requests.

I am passionate about bringing lived, in-house experience as a current Chief People Officer (of a HealthTech VC backed organization in Minneapolis) to Stello Consulting.
I have deep VC + PE startup and emerging growth expertise in addition to large enterprise consulting as a former leader with Accenture. My clients ranged from $194M – $3B revenues and included insurance payers/health plans (BCBS, Premera, Scan Health Plan), providers (City of Hope) and academic institutions (Stanford).
Stello Consulting affords me the privilege to advise on talent initiatives such as building performance development programs, advising on M&A integration, refreshing org designs + op models, and developing talent.
My industry expertise includes healthcare, technology, retail and fitness/wellness, though I enjoy supporting all industries and individuals.
